Desktop Monitoring and Maintenance


All desktop monitoring and maintenance is conducted by our Desktop Agents.  These desktop agents consist of highly intelligent software applications that perform a variety of tasks which include, but are not limited to: Antivirus Updates, Microsoft Patch Assessment, Temporary Files Removal, Disk Space Check, Spyware Scan and Removal,  and Hard Disk Checks to prevent failure or data loss.
 

Server Monitoring and Maintenance


Just as our Desktop Agents monitor and maintain desktops, our Server Agents perform similar functions for servers.  Server Agents go one step further in monitoring critical server applications, and immediately alert  us of any unusual or inconsistent activity.  In case of a server failure, our staff is notified within minutes to take appropriate actions to get you back up and running. 
 

Security Patch Management


Our Patch Management Team checks all Security Patches issues by Microsoft and classifies them as "white listed" or "black listed".  White listed patches are safe to install, while black listed patches are those which our Patch Management Team has identified to create conflicts with other system applications, or have had documented incidents of causing general system instabilities. After necessary checks and testing, our Patch Management Team will install white listed Security Patches on your systems, documenting this process in the provided Monthly Executive Reports.
 

Router, Printer & UPS Monitoring

Besides monitoring your Desktop and Servers, we also monitor network routers, printers and UPS devices against failure, response time and availability. By implementing extra safety measures to monitor such devices, we are able to provide you a complete analyses of the ongoing condition of your network and computing systems.
