Business Care Plans - Core Components

Network and User Support
Provide your users with unlimited onsite, phone and remote support. Your users are given a unique '800' number that provides them priority support for all of their technology related support needs. Best of all, such requests for technical support will no longer have to be directly routed through you for prompt resolution!
 
Network and System Monitoring

Analyze and resolve problems proactively. Our active approach to network and systems monitoring allows us to resolve more than 90% of the issues that can lead to major network problems.
 

Backup Verification
Monitor backup jobs and verify their integrity. Data backup is an essential part of any business which deals with sensitive customer, financial or internal company information. This is primarily why we take additional precautions in validating every data backup we conduct for our clients. An unverified data backup is as good as having no backup in place, since you do not actually know if it will work when needed.
 
Disaster Planning
All of our clients receive a complimentary and customized Disaster Plan which outlines the steps in getting your business up and running in the event of a catastrophic failure.
