If you run into any computer problems, just pickup the phone and call us at 1-866-963-9737. Our service Experts will be happy to help you with any computer or network issues at no cost. 

 

Promotion Terms and Limitations:

 

·          More than 70% of all simple technical support issues can be resolved within 30 minutes. For that reason, all support calls are limited to 30 minutes of free technical support time. After the initial 30 minutes, if your problem is still not resolved, you can choose to pay for service at our regular hourly rate, and have the Expert continue working on the issue.

·          This promotion is limited to 4 free technical support calls per month, per business. 

·          Currently, this promotion is available to businesses with 10 to 100 PCs.  This promotion is not available to residential users.    

·          Your system must be able to connect to the Internet and browse web pages.

·          Free Service is provided on as-is basis and there is no warranty on the Free Service. Our paid services have warranty and support.
